Terms and Conditions
Effective date: October 16, 2026
By using the website and services operated by Devsthetic LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the services. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information.
These Terms apply to devsthetic.io and to software work we agree to perform. A separate written agreement for a project controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
We are an application development company. We design and build software and provide related consulting. The public website describes that work and provides a way to contact us. It does not, by itself, create a project engagement.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian. The website is not directed to children under 13.
Information you submit through the contact form or by email must be accurate. Do not send confidential information until we have agreed in writing to receive it. Notify info@devsthetic.io if you believe someone else is contacting us in your name.
Do not use the website to break the law, interfere with the site, or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use. We may refuse or stop a conversation that violates these Terms.
We retain rights in the website and in our existing materials. You retain rights in material you send us. A project agreement will state who owns work we create for you.
See the Privacy Policy. We may send messages about your inquiry. We will not add you to a marketing list without a clear choice to join.
The website is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Project work is covered by the agreement for that project.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Devsthetic LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Our total liability for a claim about the website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.
You agree to indemnify Devsthetic LLC for claims arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Class actions are not permitted.
The website is operated from the United States. Local laws may give you additional rights.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
